Parks Wedding Day – Destination Wedding Photographer – OBX Outer Banks, North Carolina – Wedding Photographer

For this wedding, I left Central PA behind to head to OBX for a beautiful, tear-jerking wedding. I have to admit that I always shed a few happy tears for my clients but this wedding was extra special! I have know Amanda since 4th grade. Although I have never looked up to her physically (I’m at least a head taller), I have looked up to her as the strong, smart, and beautiful woman that she is. Getting to step behind the scenes on one of the most important days in your friends life is not something that not everyone is lucky enough to do. I cried many happy tears with them and can’t believe the love that just radiated through out this day. The perfect thing about their date is that they can plan yearly summer vacations for their anniversary. I may go too 😉 What a day to relive over and over.  I love you both and can’t wait to see where this journey takes you!

I tear up just looking at the pictures from their first look! So perfect!

Horigan Wedding Day – Pittsburgh Wedding Photographer – Seton Hill Wedding Photographer

It feels good to be back shooting weddings again after taking a break after the birth of my little one! What a great wedding to start out with. I LOVED working with and photographing this couple. I knew from our planning meetings that this bride and groom would be the perfect fit with my style of photography. Caitlyn loves candid shots and it was an honor to document the love between this couple and their family. They both attended Seton Hill where they fell in love. How perfect that they returned to the place that it all started to say “I DO”.  I loved the creativity that went into this wedding. Even the garter toss had a twist that I had never seen before (the grooms job is air traffic control!). Thank you for letting me share in the beauty of your special day!

Sutton Wedding Day – Altoona, PA Wedding Photographer

The lyrics “it’s a nice day for a white wedding” come to mind when posting these photos. This couple didn’t let a Valentine’s Day snow storm get in the way of a beautiful wedding surrounded by the love and joy of friends and family. Snow seemed to follow this bride around from her bachelorette/bridal shower festivities right up until the big day. Winter 2014 has not been easy on us. Not only did it snow this Valentine’s Day, it was bitter cold and made outside photographs very tricky. The couple and wedding party handled it well. You could tell that everyone in the wedding party where completely focused on making the couple happy. What a great group of friends to brave the elements! We had to rush a little more than I would have liked through pictures. Everything looked so beautiful I could have photographed for hours. When two people are this much in love you don’t need a lot of time for pictures to let the love they share for each other show in photographs.

This couple knows that they have a special place in my heart and I wish them nothing but the very best for the many happy years ahead. Love you both!

Sell Wedding Day – Bedford Springs – Bedford PA Wedding Photographer

This was the second wedding that I have had the pleasure of shooting for this family. I shot Morgan’s sister’s wedding in 2010 and for this wedding I not only got to see her and her husband again but their now two beautiful little girls as well. The whole family has been married at the beautiful Omni Bedford Springs Resort and it was so special for me to be able to be a part of this special tradition. Morgan’s creativity came through in every detail of the wedding. I loved the masquerade masks in the spirit of the Halloween weekend. It was truly a special day with a very special, local family.
